Fox 13 News Utah is reporting that the Jacob City wildfire that is burning near Stockton, UT was started by a generator exploding. The news team spoke with Gary Carr, who claims that his newly-purchased generator was the cause of the now 4,000 acre fire.
Carr seems distraught about losing his home and belongings, but you can also tell he feels guilty for the devastation the fire has caused in the area.
The Jacob City fire has burned 4,185 acres and is considered to be 28%Â contained as of 8:30 PM last night according to Inciweb.
