The newest ski area in Colorado has zero lifts on it. Bluebird Backcountry features no lifts but has a variety of skinning tracks that leads to trails and glades of varying difficulty. The folks over at Glade Optics-Tips Up took a video tour of the new backcountry spot following a snowstorm. As Tips Up point out, this is a great location to learn about backcountry skiing if you’re new to the sport.
