A man has been arrested in Newport Beach, CA after he stole a yacht and took it on a crazed joyride around the harbor. The man crashed into multiple boats, smashed a harbor, and finally slammed into a bridge.
His motives are unknown, but he did injure a woman who was on one of the boats he hit. She told CBS News:
“The entire starboard side came crashing in on me and it didn’t stop. It came once, twice, three times,” she told CBS Los Angeles. “So the whole boat, the poles, the steel, the enclosure, everything came crashing in on me.”
She reportedly hit her head, but was otherwise fine.
