Chelsea Handler has gone and done it again. She’s practically made this an annual tradition at this point. She just loves skiing topless on her birthday with alcohol and weed.

There’s just no other way to sugarcoat that.

At least she’s patriotic with the minimal amount of coverage she is wearing… that’s a positive, right?
