I was on a trip out west recently and somebody asked me, “What’s it like living in the Midwest?”. I didn’t really know how to respond in the moment, but I think I’ll show this video below the next I’m asked that question.
I live in Wisconsin, which I consider the 1st cousin of Michigan, and therefore I call the people in the video below my own. We have to make the most of the long, cold, and snowy winters here without big mountains to play on.
That’s why it’s not completely out of the realm of possibility that you could see a UTV towing a boat with a skier attached behind.
This is Michigan (and the Midwest), baby!

They’re a bunch of completely sober people who thought it would be fun to tow a boat down the snow-covered streets of their neighborhood. Right? 😂
