Pretty neat video on an easy way to make waterproof fabric using common hardware store bought material. In the video silicone waterproofing is applied to old sheets to make tarps but if you wanted to get crafty and go for a garment I suppose you could put a whole in said tarp and you gotchaself a poncho. Added bonus this dude totally sounds like Ron Swanson and once you hear it you can’t unhear it.
