Mike Holt’s dashcam was recording when a huge mountain lion bolted across the road right in front of his car. The sighting took place in Poudre Canyon which is northwest of Fort Collins, CO.
The big cat jumps out of the way pretty quickly, but just pay attention to it’s size. Thankfully neither Holt nor the big cat were injured in the incident.
What would you even do if you slammed into a mountain lion with your car? I have a pretty well-known fear of mountain lions at this point, and I honestly think I would be so panicked that I would freeze up. 😂
I’m starting to think I need to see a mental health professional about this irrational fear of getting mauled by a mountain lion every time I’m out west…
