Charles Zelenka was woken up by a commotion outside of his home in Glenwood Canyon, Colorado on January 5th. When he flipped on his front porch lights he was confronted by a gruesome scene, a full grown mountain lion eating an elk. Zelenka stayed inside and took this video from his bathroom window:
Zelenka contacted Colorado Parks and Wildlife and officers arrived in the morning to remove the carcass from his property.
Look who turned up that same night looking for midnight snack…
