If you hear a bomb go off this morning in Breckenridge don’t be alarmed. An unexploded avalanche control device was discovered by Breckenridge officials near Peak Six on Wednesday. The bomb will be safely detonated today around 10am if weather permits. If you ever come across an unexploded ordinance in the mountains do not touch it. Report to authorities.
