3KRTV is reporting how Showdown Montana Ski Area is stepping up to take care of forest fire fighters this summer, and it’s pretty incredible. The ski area’s owner did not hesitate to host the fire fighters when asked by the US Forest Service earlier this summer.

Showdown is currently hosting 300 firefighters and offering three to-go meals per person that are being donated by a local bank. The ski area has also set up a mobile trailer with hot water.

Love to see how Showdown is going out of their way to help the firefighters working their asses of to fight one of the worst wildfire seasons we’ve ever seen.

Showdown posted to their Facebook page with different ways you can help the firefighters stationed at the ski area.
