Camp 10 Ski Area in Rhinelander, Wisconsin shared on social media that somebody broke into the ski area and stole thousands of dollars worth of equipment and tools. The theft is a gut punch for any ski area, but especially a small local hill in northern Wisconsin.
The full list of equipment stolen is listed in the Facebook post below.
Notable items include a Ford 391 industrial truck engine and other parts from the area’s grooming machine.

A fundraiser has been organized by locals to compensate the ski area for damages not covered by insurance.
