The United State’s only summer ski area (yes, we know that Timberline Lodge operates throughout the summer) welcomed skiers and riders to some stellar conditions over the weekend.
Beartooth Basin was worried they wouldn’t be able to open due to a winter storm that threatened to keep the access road closed, but things worked out and the ski area spun their lifts for the first time this year.
Beartooth Basin will keep their surface lifts spinning until every last drop of snow melts.
Any predictions on how late Beartooth Basin will remain open this summer?
