Yoga for Snowboarders | Dynamic 20 This session focuses on getting energised with a full body, dynamic warm up! Whether you’re using it before heading up the hill for a day riding, or simply as a great way to start your morning, use this 20 minute Yoga session to move your body and feel awesome! **Only move to your physical edge, not beyond it. If at any time you feel any pain, or that you may incur injury if you continue, back off, or escape the pose entirely.
