Can you imagine a scene like this in 2021? An orderly line of skiers with gear in hand stepping onto a rolling platform like old school train hopping alpine hobos? Such was the norm at Cranmore Mountain Resort back in 1957 when they were operating The Skimobile, which apparently didn’t break speed to scoop up skiers. Gnarly.
