Soldier Mountain Ski Area in Camas County, Idaho was hit hard by The Phillips Fire. The fire was sparked by a lightning strike on August 5, and was just seven percent contained as of Sunday evening.

Thankfully Soldier Mountain’s Ski Lodge still stands as the Phillips Fire burned through the ski area.
