An investigation has been launched by Canadian The Ministry of Labour after a worker at Dagmar Ski Resort was found dead Tuesday morning.

Police were called around 3 o’clock on Tuesday morning, and say they are assisting in the sudden death investigation.

The employe had been working as a snow-grooming machine operator when he was found on Lake Ridge Road in Uxbridge, Canada according to Ministry spokesperson Gloria Yip.

“It was reported but not confirmed at this time, that the worker was struck by a snow-grooming machine,” says Kalem McSween from the Ministry of Labour.

Police and the ministry provided no further details about the circumstances surrounding the death.
