Rocky Mounts is having a tough couple weeks with a second lock model featured on a wildly popular youtube channel that shows how effective or ineffective locks are against a professional picker. The “Hooligan” bike lock just like the “Carlito” bike lock took only a matter of seconds to pop with minimal equipment and skill. Rocky Mounts is obviously aware and has removed both of these products from their website but if you already own one or see one on the shelf at a store, consider yourself warned:
