Squaw Valley has announced that the best chairlift in North America will be staying open until Memorial Day (May 27,2019). The extended opening is with weather and conditions permitting.

Squaw was able to keep the chairlift spinning thanks to a recent snowstorm that deposited 21″ of snow over the past week.
KT-22 was originally slated to close on May 12th.
