Stowe, Vermont will be getting another ski-in, ski-out development at Spruce Peak. Construction of the new One Spruce Peak will begin next month.
The six-story development is being built by Spruce Peak Realty a Vermont developer who is hoping to fetch as much as $10 million for their slopeside penthouses.
