Thankfully no one was home when this avalanche smashed through a house in Hailey, Idaho Monday night sending snow, debris and trees through the windows. KTVB reports the avalanche struck about 11 p.m. Monday, colliding with the house on Audubon Place in East Fork.

In all 5 avalanches were reported in the area. The Sawtooth Avalanche Center has issued an avalanche high risk warning for both Blaine and Custer counties lasting through Wednesday morning.
