Thinking that excavator in center frame at the beginning of the video is goner but can’t confirm. This footage comes from the NH 5 highway Kinnaur district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Bold of the filmer not book it as soon started spilling laterally onto the highway:
“There was an avalanche in Kinnaur on NH -5 last week. Life is not easy for the people living in such tough terrains.”
