Two weeks ago, Squaw Valley did not have a single flake of natural snow on the hill. Fast forward to this weekend and skiers were sending 40 footers and attempting triple-backflips. With 45″ of natural snow in the past 7 days Squaw’s skiers are back on the horse much to the appreciation of the internet at large.

Tonight: Scattered snow showers, mainly after 1am. Increasing clouds, with a low around 24. East wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Tuesday: Scattered snow showers. Cloudy, with a high near 29. East wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New snow accumulation of around an inch possible.

Tuesday Night: Snow likely, mainly before 4am. Cloudy, with a low around 29. East wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Wednesday: A chance of snow before 10am, then a chance of snow showers after 10am. Cloudy, with a high near 29. East wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible
