In January of 2015, Bryce Astle and Ronnie Berlack were skiing an off-piste area in Solden in Austria when they triggered what would be a fatal avalanche.

They were accompanied by four other skiers and in this short film, the survivors discuss what could have been done differently. Since their untimely deaths, their families and the ski racing community at large has partnered with the Know Before You Go campaign to raise awareness of avalanche safety amongst competitors and coaches.
