Thanks to Denver attorney Trenton J. Ongert for spelling out exactly what the Colorado Skier Safety Act means for both skiers and ski resorts when it comes to liability in instances of injury. Biggest thing to remember is skiing is inherently dangerous and your first and most important line of defense is your own awareness and preparedness. Stay frosty.
