Teton Pass Ski Resort has been on the market for about a year now and the right investor hasn’t come along quite yet. In a push to find that right investor the resort has acquired a $66,000 grant from the USDA to perform a feasibility study where a professional marketing outlet will compare Teton Pass Ski Resort to around 30 other ski resorts in the west.

KRTV reports the study will run through the next few months and experts will analyze questions like these:

–  What can be done to improve the appeal of the ski hill?

– What marketing efforts should be used in promoting the resort?

–  What business model would be best for new investors? Co-op? Nonprofit?

– Should new investors consider expanding seasons?

….or maybe this single post will bring in a new buyer and that $66k can go to my RV fund.  If you’re interested in the property, you can contact Clearwater Montana Properties in Choteau and make sure to reference me!
