Backlit with that short crop haircut and this creature could easily be a confused as a cougar by this reporter doing a live shot but Utah DWR can’t say conclusively it wasn’t. Any internets sleuths out there want to dispel their 1% uncertainty or positively identify this thing as a mountain lion? Go!
