J Skis collaborated with renown Aussie artist Chris Nixon for limited 300 ski pressing and they are minty fresh. Inspired by old school west coast beach culture the twin tips feature a sea-foam and peach color pallet and super cool 1950’s style pictographs that might just make these wall pieces rather than everyday drivers. Love to see the intersection of ski technology and artwork. Well done:

“Chris Nixon is an illustrator who’s artwork is well known, seen on a variety of mediums from childrens books, to gigantic paintings across the walls of buildings in Australia. I really like Chris’ hand crafted raw style, inspired by West Coast and classic surf culture, especially the funny characters he creates. I sent him a bunch of different inspirational images paying homage to skiing’s icons and the oldschool après scene, and he ran with it!

SHRALP “The act of shredding and ripping at the same time whether you are on a skateboard or surfboard, it doesn’t matter as long as you shralp!” – urbandictionary.com Example: Bro you were shralping out there!

I’m building only 300 pair of these Limited edition skis and hand signing and numbering each. Grab a pair before these one-of-a-kind skis sell out. You’ll be one of the few skiers with these rare J’s on your feet!”
