The dude who tried to jump the crowd at Copper Mountain’s pond skim plead guilty in a Summit County court to reckless endangerment and no contest to the assault charges connected to the April incident where he injured several people including breaking a woman’s collarbone.

27 year-old Hayden Wright injured multiple people when he veered off course after taking an air at the Summit County ski area’s annual pond skim.

CBS Denver reports Hayden Wright 27 from Englewood was sentenced to sentenced to 10 days in jail, 120 hours of community service and must “lay off” the alcohol and drugs.
