This cop heard the cyclist bouncing off his hood before he actually saw him because he was admittedly he was looking at his phone as he was taking a left and veered into the cyclist who was waiting at a stop sign.
As cyclist we have can never assume motorists are paying attention and need to be prepared for instances like this but you’d think you could let your guard down for a cop. Miserable driving by a dude who does it professionally. Be safe out there bikers and quit fucking with your phones drivers.
