Cliff Jumper Nearly Loses Leg After 112ft Jump Goes Wrong

“They were able to fix everything inside without having to amputate the leg, but they came close.”

Just a friendly reminder that cliff jumping is an extremely dangerous pursuit with dire consequences if thing go bad. Take it from Ryan Szymanski who nearly lost his leg after a 112ft backflip gone wrong tore every ligament and tendon in his right knee which almost led to amputation. Be safe out there folks, jump to your abilities and remember that going home in one piece is the most important thing:

Stomped my first (and probably last) jump of the season with something I’ve been dreaming about since @mcsteeezy_flee crushed it a while back. Dislocating my knee was completely unexpected but to be fair, I probably needed a lil’ reminder to never lose respect for the laws of nature. Huge shoutout to everyone who dragged me out of the quarry and good luck to the rest of you reckless goons for the rest of the trip 🤘🏼 And @tundraghost for crushing it right after me. Also, please leave a comment if you have any ideas on how to keep myself busy during recovery. Probably have a long road ahead. #cliffjumping #cliffdiving #flips #gainer #fail This video is exclusively managed by Caters News.
