He did it folks. Travis Pastrana jumped the fountains at Caesar’s Palace in a recreation that the man himself, Evil Knievel was never able to fully realize without a bunch of broken bones.

We watched it live and in the moment it wasn’t as crazy as we thought it’d be. But that’s just live TV. 2 seconds is a little fast for the human brain to comprehend. Also, a little disappointed that Glen Plake didn’t get more airtime on the pre-show shenanigans. Really feeling a Glen Plake renaissance would be good for the world right now.

But after watching the replays, we’re pretty sure each jump was progressively nuttier. Especially when you consider the weight of that hog, it’s remarkable Travis Held on (*definitely got whiplash a couple of times tho). Replays are  strictly on TV right now (*except for the below video by Mr. Plake) but you can find new videos of the jumps as they’re added by The History Channel here.
