A stranded hiker was rescued from a southern California cliff face after spelling out HELP with rocks to draw attention to himself. Emergency crews were dispatched to Black’s Beach in La Jolla early Tuesday morning to save the man stuck on the steep bluff.

CBS8 reports San Diego Fire-Rescue Department (SDFD) was on scene and Coast Guard chopper was hovering. Unfortunately the video of the save wont embed but you can watch it HERE.
