92-year-old certified badass Pete Zimmer is legally blind and had never been skied but he decided to give it a go at the weeklong National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic staged in Snowmass. Over 400 Veterans participated in the event cosponsored by VA and DAV (Disabled American Veterans). Here’s how Pete explains his longevity, gotta love the old dudes:

“The man upstairs, he likes me or he doesn’t want me. Either one, I’m grateful.”
