Perhaps the best part of buying an Ikon Pass is the versatility it gives its passholders. Whether you’re a local or a complete stranger to the area, the ability to link up destinations from California to Quebec has never been easier.

In order to help guide Ikon Pass holders to the goods, Unofficial Networks is providing mappable road trips based on each individual region. Whether you’re looking to tag all the mountain destinations in Rockies or see what’s happening north of the border– the Ikon Pass has your back.

The Rockies:

Drive Time: 23.5 Hours

This road trip covers the bulk of the Rocky Mountains in one fell swoop. Starting in Denver head west tagging Colorado and Utah’s finest before a final northern detour to the famed steeps of Jackson Hole and Big Sky. High altitude peaks, deep powder, and steeps can all be found on this trip.

California:

Drive Time: 9.5 Hours

Starting in southern California, skiers and riders will head east on the 210 to Big Bear Mountain Resort. After a SoCAL warmup, turn north bound for the Sierra Mountains, stopping first at Mammoth Mountain. Keep heading north to June Mountain where the J5 lift reigns supreme and finish amongst the mythical peaks of Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows.

East Coast:

Drive Time: 14.5 Hours

Wait for that next nor’easter to bear down on the eastern seaboard and hit the road with your Ikon Pass. All the while bag powder turns at iconic mountain destinations across New England before ending at one of Canada’s most beautiful ski hills, Tremblant in Quebec.

Western Canada:

Drive Time: 6.5 Hours

Within just seven hours of one another, this short road trip offers great bang for your buck. The Ikon Pass’ Canadian partners are known for their stunning views of the Canadian Rockies as well as their prime-time positioning on the powder highway. Finish it off with a trip to CMH – Galena Lodge and you couldn’t ask for a better Canadian escape.
