The jet stream is alive and will active across the west with 3 different storm systems queuing up over the next week (1-2 feet possible in Idaho and Wyoming).  Unfortunately for the Northeast, abnormally warm air temps through the weekend will make whatever precipitation is in the air to fall as a snow rain mix at the ski areas….good news for New Englanders as colder air will move in next week.
