If you were waiting patiently at your computer for the sun to poke through in Japan yesterday you were not alone. With Travis Rice, Terje Haakonsen, Gigi Rüf, and Tadashi Fuse all competing in the snowboard men category, this is shaping up to be a historic event and hopefully a trend setter for top talent to pop in and showcase their big mountain skills (Candide anyone???).

Competition window is open until the 27ᵗʰ, so fingers crossed the snow lets up and all the competitors get a chance to slay some Japow on the big stage. Kanpai!!!
