We covered his story last year and we’re as stoked as ever to see Lou holding his head high on the ski slopes of Crystal Mountain, MI at the ripe young age of 107 years-old. His birthday was this past July.

Some great advice from Lou on longevity: “A good wife, only drinking the best quality liquor and picking your parents carefully.”

Happy birthday Lou and keep doing what you’re doing!
