It took Ullr a minute to get warmed up this year but it appears as though he’s ready for game-time– especially in the Tetons.

Starting today and lasting through the Christmas holiday, the storm’s intensity should reach its peak tonight when 5-9″ if forecasted to fall by sunrise. First chair tomorrow is a must but don’t sleep on last chair today as 7″ could fall by the end of the day.

“This next Winter Storm System will bring another round of Snow to Wyoming along with Bitter Cold Temperatures tonight and Saturday. Frigid Temperatures will remain through the holiday weekend with Scattered Snow Showers possible on Christmas Day.” – NWS Riverton

Looking after the holiday, it seems as though JHMR and Targhee will remain in the flow for at least the next 7 days. That bodes well for the upcoming year in Wydaho.
