The Community builder behind Mammoth’s new coworking space Fort, Matthew Jung is an LA local who loves to shred. When he’s not in the big city, he’s building the Mammoth’s professional community and skiing when he finds a minute. So in order to grab more people like Jung, Mammoth Mountain has decided to go all-in on coworking by becoming the first resort to fully own and operate both an on-mountain coworking space as well as one downtown.

“If this is important to our customers and town, it only makes our community stronger.” – Matthew Jung, Community Builder @Fort

The reason they’re investing? “Strong towns make strong mountains,” says Jung and if they’re going to stay strong, keeping their working guests plugged-in is of utmost importance. Right now the Fort has two spaces, one downtown and one slopeside. The on-mountain location is located in the Main Lodge near Tusk’s Bar with ski-in/ski-out access. Meanwhile if you’re spending your vacay in town, Fort’s main hub is downtown with ample desk space and amenities.
