Across the northernmost portions of the western United States, ski areas are opening left, right, and center. Just so happens these ski areas are also the place to find powder turns this weekend.

*Please note that early conditions exists at all the resorts listed below. Stay light on your feet!

49 Degrees North, WA (*Wildcard):

Base Depth — 18″ (*summit) | 24 Hour — 3″ | 48 Hour — 3″ | Season — 29″

This one is our wildcard for temperature reasons. According to NOAA, snow levels will rise today with oncoming moisture that’s being accompanied by high temps. That said, upper elevations at 49 Degrees North should see decent accumulation. That said, the top 5 turns might be completely different than the bottom 5 turns.

“We’re ready for the 2017-18 Season, are you? Today’s the day!” – 49 Degrees North
