24 year old, Ryan Stassel, had an extremely close call while training for the PyeongChang Olympics. The Sochi 2014 slopestyle competitor flew off the side of dryslope training jump at the Utah Olympic Park and hit the side of the airbag, landing dangerously close to missing the padding next to the takeoff.  Stassel commented “This is how not to train for the Olympics.”
