Two Bear Air Rescue is one of the most proficient backcountry search and rescue teams in the nation and it should come as no surprise that their execution time here was right on the money.

According to Local News 8, the rescued snowmobiler was positioned above a cornice at the time of the avalanche. Ultimately, the snow formation broke loose– sending the individual careening down the slope before getting buried. He was uncovered by friends who alerted local authorities to the situation. The victim’s general status remains unclear.
