Alpine Meadows, White Pass, Mt Rose, Homewood, Kirkwood, Mt Baker, Stevens Pass, Jackson, Sun Valley, and all the areas on Snoqualmie Pass were closed today due to heightened avalanche conditions, highway closures, flooding, and our least favorite word– RAIN.

“Due to conditions and highway closures we will not be opening today. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Stay safe out there and we’ll see you soon.” – Stevens Pass

Basically, the entire west is a junk show of biblical proportions right now with rain, hot pow, and spring temps affecting everything from the Sierra to the Sawtooths with the exception of maybe northern Montana?
