Sugarloaf Mountain in northern Michigan (NOT MAINE) closed in 2000 after a succession of light winters and has been idle ever since. As of 2014 the mountain was listed by a local realtor at $8.7 million according to mlive.com.  Pretty cool place to hike around and explore. Anyone up for buying a ski resort?
