3 Days. That’s all that’s left of lift-accessed skiing in Aspen as resort officials plan to fire up the lifts this Memorial Day Weekend for one last hurrah. Locals, many of whom will be returning from off-season adventures in the sun, are stoked to come home and make some turns on the home ski hill.
As of now,ย weather.com is predicting a mix of weather with isolated thunderstorms forecasted for Saturday and partly cloudy skies predicted for the remainder of the weekend. Skiers and riders will be able to access 120 acres of upper mountain terrain accessed by the Silver Queen Gondola.
