Eighteen years old and squarely atop the podium is where Kyle Mack found himself after nailing his slopestlye run at the 2016 Burton US Open. Kyle had been competing in the junior ranks of the competition since he was 7 years old so even at age 18, its been a long time coming.
Very interesting course design that had unavoidable transfers and hips (mini-halfpipe was a nice touch)….take note future slopestlye designers because Burton did it right.
