Meet Khiv Raj Gurjar, a 68 year old practitioner of “extreme yoga.”  He has developed 45 BMX yoga poses and practices them for a hour a day above his home town of Jodhpur, India on a 300ft cliff.

“When I balance and perform complex yoga postures on a cliff, I don’t feel fear or think that I will fall from this mountain. I can do anything on this mountain. I don’t panic anymore.”

For those of you biking yogis, why not combine the two and kill two birds with one stone?
