Professional skateboarder Eric Bragg posted a picture of what looks to be a winning PowerBall ticket on Instagram just hours after winning numbers were announced. The ticket has yet to be confirmed by the CA lottery commission but 92k people liked the photo so we are hoping its not a massive hoax.
