Ski swaps are a rite of passage for many ski bums. It’s like a pricier GoodWill without the short-sleeve Hawaiin shirts, Moo Moos, and shitty china. Instead, twice-mounted skis, smelly ski boots, and worn out clothes abound and are just waiting for an apoxy fill, a new pair of intuition liners, and a coat of nik-wax to make them seem like new again–kinda. Also, it’s a good excuse to clear out the gear closet and make a little loot to boot.
