Chanc' airing a gap in Peruvian Gulley at Snowbird

I had the opportunity to spend part of this winter skiing with this 19 year-old “kid.” It’s hard not to have a great time being around Chanc’ on the chairlift, skiing, or off the hill. He is constantly laughing, smiling, or pulling a prank on someone. This edit came together with a few days filming this winter and some POV footage. Even with no snowfall throughout most of the US, it’s still possible to go out, have fun and get some good turns (and airs) in. This was shot at Snowbird, Jackson Hole, Taos and Telluride. Check it out!

Watching a lot of these young guns improve throughout the years and be a part of the “junior takeover” at the pro-level has been incredible. To say these guys/gals are the future of big mountain skiing is an understatement. Follow Chanc’ on Instagram for some cool photos at 907cdp.

I’m going to share some of my favorite edit’s over the next few weeks from upcoming skiers who are making a name for themselves on the SFS/IFSA pro tours after graduating from the junior ranks. These kids are changing the game. IE see George Rodney, who just took home the 5 Star FWT World Champion Belt as a rookie.
